RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. Should the rare occasion arise where you would like to request for a refund, exchange or claim warranty, we will make every effort to assist you.
Please contact us for a "Return Authorisation" number (RA#) before returning any items.
Goods will not be accepted without this number.

Refunds or exchanges can be made if you order the incorrect size or style.

We will offer to refund or exchange your footwear for a similar style or equivalent valued footwear within 28 days.

No Returns or Exchanges will be offered on sale/clearance items.

All footwear returned to us must be in its original packaging and condition and not show any signs of wear. Refunds or exchanges are subject to product inspection upon return.

Please make sure you do not place any labels or stickers directly on the box. Please note that returns will not be accepted if stickers are stuck directly on any product packaging as all returns need to be received in a re-sellable condition.

A $17.00 handling/repackaging fee will be incurred for items not returned in its original condition. This will be at our judgement and discretion only.

If you request a refund or exchange, you will be required to cover the cost of return shipping.

WARRANTY STATEMENT
All Gator Safety Footwear carries a manufacturer's warranty for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase against defective workmanship and/or materials if worn under normal conditions for the purpose intended. This warranty will be void if in the opinion of the manufacturer or authorised Australian distributor the product has been subjected to abuse or excessive wear and tear including exposure to cement, lime, chemicals, water or heat, if the product was not designed to be worn in those conditions. As a condition of warranty you must present evidence of the date of purchase in the event of any claim. This warranty if offered in addition to, and does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
COMFORT GUARANTEE
If during the first thirty (30) days of purchasing your correctly fitted Gator Impulse footwear from an approved reseller, you do not find them comfortable, you may return them (at your own cost) to the place of purchase, along with your original receipt. Provided the footwear is not damaged or altered you may choose a full refund or exchange up to the original purchase price of the footwear.
